Bonuses in December

Make no mistake, for some December is the best time to buy. That’s when the bonus checks come in for those executives who toil all year for their companies’ bottom line and what to do with that surplus? Give it back to the company–the department leads–so they can be renewed and energized just before the start of the new year and then it starts all over again.

So, while others are laden down and sleeping off their turkey dinners, I encourage my savvy luxury property owners to sell and capture those surplus funds before the other competitors and debt collectors awaken from their slumber for their share of the bonuses. What a nice tax break if property and funds can exchange hands before the New Year!
